Ashtanga/Vinyasa
Vigorous workout By working through poses based off the Primary Series, an invigorating sequence of flowing postures combined with breath, students release toxins, gain strength, flexibility and achieve calmness of mind.
Flow
Strength building Strengthen the mind/body connection by linking breath with physical alignment and flowing motions. Builds strength, flexibility and stamina. Combines Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga teaching methods.

Iyengar
Alignment The Iyengar method is the study of classical yoga as taught by the living Yoga Master, BKS Iyengar of Pune, India. The Iyengar method is safe, sequential and progressive, creating clarity of thought and precision of action. The correct and disciplined practice of the asanas (poses), provides greater concentration and awareness and purifies the physical body at all levels.

Kundalini -Rejuvenation - Kundalini Yoga is a great way to recharge your body. It is quick, it is fast, and it stimulates the nervous & immune systems, improves strength & flexibility, as it centers the mind & opens the spirit. Everyone can do it!
